1. Product introduction

BHT, TBHQ are traditional feed and food antioxidants, and are widely used in different industries (nearly 220 product areas) such as food, feed, oil, cosmetics, medicine, biologics, synthetic rubber, and plastics. BHT has been in industrial production in Germany for more than 80 years since it was industrialized in 1937. Its moderate price and superior performance (the world's largest usage rate in oil products) have proven to be a safe, efficient, and stable antioxidant.

TBHQ is now recognized as the most efficient and safest feed and food antioxidant in the world. It has been approved for use in more than 100 countries and regions around the world. It is widely used in edible oils, oily foods, animal feeds, daily cosmetics and other products. Antioxidant ability is 5-7 times stronger than BHT, BHA, PG, etc. It is synergistic with other antioxidants (such as BHT, BHA, etc.). Good high temperature and thermal stability, no change in case of metal ions.

Great protection against oils

Oxidative rancidity of fats and oils is the most susceptible oxidation process in feed. BHT and TBHQ are phenolic antioxidants, which can release hydrogen ions and combine with free radicals to turn them into inert compounds to protect grease from damage. The special fat-soluble synergist can chelate the metal ions in the fat and enhance the antioxidant activity of BHT and TBHQ.

Protection of fish oil with different antioxidant amounts (TBA)
Test conditions: temperature 50 ° C, relative humidity 65%, Cont. Is the control group, BHT100. PG100 adds 100ppm for BHT and PG, MX200 is a solid composite antioxidant, LA200 is a Lexian liquid antioxidant, MX200 and LA200 are added 200ppm. The test results show that even in easily oxidizable fish oil, LA has an excellent antioxidant effect.
